The Solfeggio Frequencies
Sound, Nature, and Harmonic Relationship
The Solfeggio frequencies are a set of sacred tones traditionally associated with harmony, resonance, and spiritual attunement. Rooted in ancient tonal systems and later woven into modern sound healing practices, these frequencies carry distinct vibrational qualities that help support balance and vibrational healing.
Each tone is symbolically linked with particular themes — such as grounding, creativity, heart awareness, or restoration. When experienced through music or meditation, these frequencies help quiet the mind, soften the body, and create a spacious field for reflection and renewal.
Rather than something to analyze, Solfeggio tones are meant to be felt.
As a sound healer, many of the offerings in this temple combine these healing frequencies with other sources of sound healing such as Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes or Drums. I feel strongly that at this time, vibrational medicine is the support that is most needed for each of us to stay grounded, aligned, and clear for the times ahead.
